A Cogling Short Story

"Bloody rats all in a hat,

Upon which Victor Viper sat.

Little feet with little shoes,

Little people with little hues.

Flames and smoke all leaping high,

Upon which we all might die.”

While watching a play in Zink Garden, a mechanical actor goes haywire and steals a box that Lady Rachel holds dear.

When Edna goes after the machine, she realizes its actually an urchin in disguise. He leads her into the cursed Zink Hotel.

Edna doesn't believe in curses. But, maybe, she should.

Entertained

Great short story with awesome voice for narration. It was a nice fun fairy tale. I will play it for my Grand Daughter when she is a bit older.

A Great Short Story!

This is my first encounter with the writings of Jordan Elizabeth and I was delighted! Young Edna is funny and spirited. This left me wanting more!

I was given a copy of this audiobook in return for my unbiased opinion.
