good insight

this book is good and easy to listen to. i love how supportive the reader is and how he positively encourages the listener!! speaking is a little too fast and there are a few things which are not really explained in much detail but it gives you a good idea of what you need to be doing in order to improove. it would have been good if it was a step by step proceedure..
