A joy to listen!

This series continues to take us on an adventure with every instalment. Walled Off, book 13 in the Search and Rescue Cozy Mysteries sees Eve and her trusty dog Atlas stumble across an unexpected find. It has been a difficult few weeks, with Eve’s boss passing, and the dental clinic where she works being burned down. Now this amateur sleuth has a mystery to solve.

Patti, I liked how you had me gathering my own clues as I read Walled Off. You had me guessing until the end.

Julie McKay’s performance of each and every character is flawlessly fabulous. Julie’s transitions between female and male voices is seamless. Still in awe this is a solo performance.

Eve aids an older woman using her dog Atlas. The older woman believes that there is a dead body in her walls. She can’t sleep because of this. Lo and behold Atlas finds remains. I guess the old lady isn’t crazy after all!?
