Excellent Information!

I find it shocking just how insidious the effects of chemotherapy are.

The few friends I’ve known who underwent chemotherapy and radiation for their cancer, swore that if the cancer came back, they would never do that treatment again.

This is an excellent book because such commonsensical alternatives are presented, such as changing to an animal protein-free diet, increasing consumption of fiber with whole grains and vegetables and doing light exercise.

Also, other alternatives are to quit smoking and to avoid all unnecessary treatments such as X-rays.

I agree 100% with Dr. Coleman on his comments about the healthcare “industry” being almost completely ignorant on diet.

The way I see things now, after reading/listening to this book, is that “food” is either medicine or poison and it’s up to the individual to decide which they will consume.
