Beautifully written!

I’m so happy to have listened to this wonderful audiobook. I was transported! So happy to know of Julie Klassen’s wonderful books. In these troubling times, her books are a welcome respite and a pleasant reminder to remain civil, noble and true, no matter what happens. I’m inspired to have more patience with difficult people and to believe that in the end, all will work our just as it’s supposed to.

I really enjoyed the characters, the description of the towns and homes around, and the outcome.

Mystery, romance, and relationships

Great character development and captivating story. I loved Anne”s character and the relationship that developed between her and Lady Celia. The historical context the author added at the end was also interesting.

Julie, I am your biggest fan. I've read all of your books. I compare all your books to the first on I read "The Secret of Pembrooke Park" ( I read two times). Whispers is a captivating story, It didn’t take me long to become invested in the characters. I had a suspicion about "who done it", I was wrong, Your characters are so well developed that it is easy to either like or dislike them as the story progresses.
No matter what the book, I can trust you to deliver a story with no foul language, sex, and violence is limited to the scene. The romance is limited to a couple chaste kisses. And lastly, your faith in God shine through in your stories.
