Basic, but good.

For sure, as the title suggests, is very basic, but contains great information. I would recommend for anyone with very limited knowledge around wine and wanting to learn a bit more about wine.

Great Introduction

was a great book to get an introduction to the basics of wine. Will be a great stepping stone to become a sommelier.

Guess I needed Wine for the even Dummer

Loved the section on how to look like a pro at the restaurant when asking for and assessing the wine. But I wanted to know things like how do I store wine at home when you don't have a cellar, how long can I keep wine after I open it. Do I need to keep it on its side of it didn't have a cork? I guess I'll wait for the 5th edition.

If you really are a dummy when it comes to wines, this is the book for you. I really enjoyed it, and it gave me the basic info i want.

Not much to it, I learned only a tiny bit.

It's just far too short and doesn't include nearly enough information about wine. Though I will say that the narrator did a great job and the book wasn't as boring as one would suspect.
