Good catalogue plus

I like this narrator and went looking for any book she narrates in a Scottish brogue and found this series. Good clean entertainment especially if you like well written historical romance novels. Angela Dawe is my number one top reader for Scottish accents. This author is new to me and she seems pretty good. I have put the other two books in my wish list.

very enjoyable

Very pleasant read. I'm definitely going to read the other two books in the series. I loved the two main characters story. I would say this story has a level of mild to medium spice. I will say the narrator is not the best. The only reason why I scored it three out of five is because the Scottish accent I think is terrible and sometimes the author is a bit too whispery. But honestly the story is so great you can kind I just get used to the narrators style.

This was such a great book with a great storyline. Could not stop listening. Loved the key characters of the book!

A very good story of never say never! It’s amazing what we grow up around, and how it truly can help or seriously hinder our way of thinking. You either learn from the mistakes you see, or repeat the misery. But always know, living in the moment, understanding what’s actually playing out within our hearts at that moment, are the true building blocks of a potentially beautiful future!

Good Story-Not her Best

Really don’t like this narrator. If I would’ve bought it I would’ve listened to the whole thing. Ok story but not the best and I really like her stories.
