    Alex McIntyre - MP for Gloucester since 2024. He was previously an employment lawyer in the city acting for employers across the country including a large part of work with the NHS. He has recently secured £20million of long-term funding for Matson and Robinswood through the Government's Pride in Place programme which is great news for the city. We will find out more about that and we'll quiz him about life in Westminster.

    Alex Giles - Chief Commercial Officer at GHS Clinics, a private medical centre in the heart of Cheltenham based in Eagle Tower. So we will find out more about the business and how we should all be looking after ourselves more.

    Amanda Toner - Director and inspiration officer at Incito Group Holdings Ltd. Amanda and her husband Paul Toner, who is the Franchisee & MD, started the company in 2016 on Westgate Street, Gloucester and now have eight McDonald's Franchises across Gloucestershire employing approx. 900 staff with a turnover of £45 million. It is a fast-food - fast business so we'll find out what's new at McDonalds.

    Oli Christie - used to run Neon Play, a mobile games studio in Cirencester that got 200 million downloads, in 2016 he sold the business to Hachette, the book publisher. He is now a business coach and consultant, helping people make the most of the businesses, lives and careers, before it is too late.

    We will find out how he's used social media to help grow the business.

This is a tough business – rising energy & staff costs, customers feeling the pinch, how does she balance it all. Plus Julie gives us a breaking news story on the future of the Lido!Marc Begg - Managing director of Cirencester Fabrication Services. Marc bought the business during the height of the pandemic and increased sales in the first year by 20%. He then launched a new company called Kyeburn and brought another - Muntions Traditional Plant Support. The company has 35 staff and a turnover of £1.5million. Like the Lido he faces cost of energy, staffing, fuel all going up, we find out how he managing to balance it all.Deirdre Clarkeowner – Off the Rails Café, a delightful small café set within one of the loveliest stations in the country – Kemble Station.     March has been national B-Corp Month, but like many business people, here at Punchline-gloucester.com we just didn’t really GET what all the fuss was about.

    But over a quarter of a million companies globally have started it, only just over 8,000 have completed it and only 85 in Gloucestershire.

    So we invited a fantastic panel of business leader from a cross different sections of industries who are B- Corp enthusiasts to help us unpick the B-Corp movement.

    Shaun manages the account services team, based at Chargrove House in Shurdington, the company was founded 146 years ago and currently has 50 staff. They have just achieved their B-Corp certification, making them one of the oldest companies in the UK to become B-Corp certified!
