  • From Prison to Harvard Andre Norman EAP EP:3
    Mar 5 2026

Andre Norman was sentenced to over 100 years in prison at just 20 years old. At first, all he wanted was to be the number one gangster in prison. He gained power and influence until he was sent to solitary confinement for two years. This was his wake-up call, and he spent the next few years learning to read, getting his GED, and studying the law.

He was eventually able to get out of prison on appeal and make a new life for himself. He became a public speaker and is now a Harvard Fellow. Andre dedicates his time to educating ex-cons and kids from the streets on how to leverage their street smarts in order to become better people.

This interview is truly amazing and will teach you a lot about authority, redemption, and personal growth.
