Transformation is gradual.

Don't force others to change at your pace; personal growth is a gradual process. Like a caterpillar patiently becoming a butterfly, people need time to transform. Their moment will come. Be patient with your loved ones, employees, and ministry members. Continue to invest in love, patience, and humility, just as God is patient with you.

Father God, thank you for your word. You want us to keep bearing with one another in love.
