Esther is perhaps the most unique and controversial books in all of the Bible. It’s one of only two books named after women. It is full of moral failure, ambiguity, and less-than-savory heroes. And it never mentions the name of God once. Yet it is an important book that tells an important piece of God’s redemptive history.
