These beautifully narrated meditations are very refreshing. There are ten short meditations so they can give a man a break from the stress of the day and the storms if life whether inside or outside. It is like having a quiet haven to disappear to during a break time away from the hustle and bustle of work and business. Afterwards you come out refreshed. The meditations are especially aimed at persons who ADHD and I thoroughly recommend them. They can bless all people also.
