I've taken a class in somatic release, a stretching type of class to release back pain, so when I saw this title, I was interested. I think these are good ideas, and schools should be able to offer these types of things to help all students/teens.

I love this guide. Teenagers often have issues with anxiety as they enter into new avenues of social interaction and learning and the methods given in this book are tried and true. Definitely tools I would have loved to use as a high school teenager. I would definitely share with teens as a means of helping them cope with those anxieties in a way that is simple and practical for their daily lives.
