As the mansion comes alive with malevolent energy, the team discovers Dr. Zorba's journal, revealing the twisted experiments and obsessions that bound the spirits to the estate.

Trapped within the labyrinthine corridors, they must navigate a deadly game of cat and mouse with the vengeful ghosts, each more terrifying than the last. But the true horror lies in the revelation that Dr. Zorba's grip extends beyond the grave, his spectral presence determined to add the intruders to his collection. With time running out and their sanity hanging by a thread, Dr. Sullivan and his team must confront their own inner demons and unlock the secrets of the mansion before they become permanent residents in its haunted halls.

Must Read for Fans of Original Movie

I couldn’t wait to listen to this book as I was a big fan of the original 1960 horror film. The narrator did a fantastic job telling the story of this skeptical psychologist and his students going to explore the old abandoned Zorba estate. Full of suspense, nostalgia and supernatural all blended together to answer questions left hanging from the original movie. The detailed backgrounds on the 13 ghosts were amazing. Made me laugh recalling having to use the 3 D glasses back in the day in order to see the ghosts.
Another great thriller by Mr. Rose. Doesn’t disappoint. Thank you.
