A Really Specific Target Audience

Ok, a new umpire book on Audible and another review. This one isn't your normal umpire book though, this is a umpire rules manual. Learning more about the rules is always a good thing. This one, though, is what it says it is - the Minor League Baseball Rules Manual. This is rules interpretations for the Minor Leagues of the Official Rules of Baseball (OBR). It is a very informative book but you are not likely to get much out of it if you are listening on your commute. In order to get what you need out of this, you are probably going to need to be listening to this at the same time you are reading the hard copy with a copy of OBR right next to the book.
To make this book a bit more helpful, it would be good if they named the chapters to correspond with the hard copy. As it is, the chapters are not easy to navigate through unless you have numbered your book by chapters per section. Not likely.
Good idea to try, but not enough execution. Besides, a project like this is always going to expire really quick as a new book comes out each year.
Recommendation for the publisher: Add a pdf with chapter names if you cannot add the chapter names to the audible file (now an option.)
