2024: The Election That Surprised India brings to life the inside story of a dramatic period in Indian politics and society. Every twist and turn is revealed in an exciting narrative on the tumultuous events of our times. Unsparing and uncompromising, this is an unputdownable account of power politics, the main characters and their role in influencing the headlines of our times. After the bestselling books on the 2014 and 2019 elections, Rajdeep Sardesai now takes a deep dive into India's most bruising and polarized political battle and the many stories that shaped an extraordinary election verdict.

This book will introduce to you some important personalities in the Indian politics and make you understand how things are looking from their perspectives from 2019 to 2024. The book talks about important moment those took in the space of these 5 years under BJP Government. It is very interesting when you listen/read to how things are working in background. Every political parties are doing back hand things and trying to come out with "clean kurta". through my listen time, I enjoyed it. In 2or 3 last chapters, it feels like Rajdeep sir is making a hard turn from somewhat middle ground to bashing the BJP and making Rahul Gandhi a new hope for India. (Not sure, But i felt it).

In short, Good Book to read or listen.

A Book to listen or Read.

In comparison to other audio books, the recording is poor, you can hear the patch edits in the reading. I suggest Rajdeep use a professional story book reader for his book.
