Great for anyone in need of a self-esteem boost even beyond anxious attachment style. The affirmations are empowering and comforting. The narrator does a great job with enthusiasm without being over the top. I own this on Kindle also and read the affirmations daily but after listening in it's entirety, I felt refreshed and like I had a friend cheering me on.

I only wish there were sub-chapters for each day in the monthly chapter but I know that's a huge ask.
