This is a wonderful audiobook, and it's difficult to categorize in a single genre.

It follows a rhythm of poetry while conveying a sense of knowledge and purpose (like a mindfulness and self-help book as a collection of poems). I've listened multiple times, and each time I have discovered a new point of view! Going back to it many times can help you get to the heart of the author's perspective.

Refreshing and thought provoking

This book is all about bite-sized bursts of deep insight that stick with you long after listening. Each “drop” feels intentional and layered, offering not just inspiration but a shift in perspective. Like most poems, they don't all hit. However, the flow is great and the naration brings a calming presence.

I've listend to this a couple times now. And every time I revisit a passage, I notice something new, as if it’s unfolding in real time with where I’m at in life. It’s uplifting yet still makes me reflect deeply. If you're looking for micro-dose of clarity, peace, or simply a pause from the noise. This audiobook is worth every minute.
