Comedy is nonexistent

While still a cute universe of odd shifters and supernaturals, the campy, kooky, heijinks of book 1’s flamingo shifter romance have given way to an underwhelming three-way with a hug ‘em and squeeze ‘em bear shifter, a husky troll-ess, and a damsel fairy. The funnest part was when the previous MCs popped in. I’m afraid the gimmick has worn out its welcome.
