In my previous “Boomer” book, I focused on those elements of the left whose main focus as political actors was to 1) be very close to the leftist power structure, and 2) openly seek dictatorship. I will take the same approach when discussing what I call the far right.
In a sense, one element of the far right today holds that we should all “come to Jesus” and the other element thinks we should come to the “government/business alliance. The first element claims an adherence to the constitution while the second element claims an adherence to capitalism. Both claims are false, as we will see. The first group is actually seeking a theocracy while the second group seeks an economy based upon government dominance over the economy.
