Continuity?

I expected continuity from the first three Brambleberry House audio books, It may be due to the fact that books 1 and 4 aren't on audio, but all of a sudden someone else is "owner" of the store, someone else "manages" the house, and wrong names are being mentioned as best friends, For the first few chapters I thought that there was a continuity break, that the author had changed the characters' names and story midstream. I spent the first quarter of the book confused. And this narrators performance grinds.

Horrible narration

Worst narration ever- I could not get past the awful voices. I landed up purchasing the book in paperback just to finish the story.
