Lavender Willis loved to wander the hills of her family's lavender fields while daydreaming about her future. Afterall that's where she got her name! She was the youngest of three girls...and considered the baby of the family. Sometimes she wished her family would realize and understand that she had grown into a beautiful young woman now...and hoped her prince charming would soon come and rescue her!

Little did Lavender know that several days while she was daydreaming, a very handsome man, Gil Douglas, was riding his horse and discovered the lovely lady walking through the lavender fields! Who was she? Was she single or married? He hoped she was single because he was very interested in pursuing her if she was available. All he had to do was find out more about her. He even debated about whisking her away on his horse!
