Some good ideas and worth the read.

There are some good tips on culture, interviews, reviewing your team, etc. Nothing that blew my mind but a few items that I found different and beneficial from other books.

Reviewing fundamentals

Sometimes you do not receive new information, but receives it in a new way and it helps CEOs to reframe ideas anda concepts.

Picked up about of useful tips. Recommend to any CEO. I think they should have hired a third party reader.
