I wish this book was available when I was navigating the world of developmental clinics and therapists as the mom of a micro-preemie with developmental delays. It was all very overwhelming. This book offers a step by step guide to assess your child's developmental progress and recommends a plan to find the resources and support they need. The book is not overly clinical, it's a quick read/listen and is a very informative resource. The author clearly defines the role of the speech therapist and includes helpful tips and examples to help care givers provide a fun and supportive learning environment.

Great resource for mom's with preemies like me.

Lovely additional resource for my 2.5yr old son who is a late talker. He has been to an SLP a couple times and had a hard time concentrating (since he's 2 lol) but this audiobook he tends to be drawn to more.

Love that I can continue working on his speech at home without paying for a therapist.

Would recommend.

Perfect for my 2.5yr old
