Inspirational Platitudes

Enjoyable and inspiring, but I wish there was more depth. Wise platitudes are contained to spur us to action and rethinking how we manage or perform as employees.

Well done.

Very pragmatic & provides great guidance on hope to personally adopt the owner mentality. As an employee of a Fortune 50 company, it’s a bit weak in addressing systemic flaws/roadblocks that are an unfortunate reality of large companies but, I feel I have better insights on what I can/should do near-term for myself and seek to enable grass-roots change (vs waiting/seeking to see the owner mentality demonstrated by senior leadership).
