Best Book I've Read(Listened to) in a LONG Time!

I haven't really gotten into too many books lately, but Tali and Hayes's story was one that I didn't want to put down. I was so invested in these characters and loved the witty banter between them as so much more was developing. This was such an amazing story. I need more!

I loved this narrator. I usually enjoy the stories more when men are also narrating, but I didn't even notice it with this book. She did a great job and I loved this story so much!

Narrators blew me away

Super cute slow burn. Lots of Tali being so focused on her past she cannot see the reality in front of her. 2nd listen/read
I enjoyed it- a good book to listen to after a dark romance!

A Deal With the Devil was a truly entertaining read. I listened to the audiobook and I LOVED Rose Dioro's narration, especially when voicing Hayes Flynn.
Hayes is a gorgeous plastic surgeon who works too much and spends every night with a different woman in his bed. Natalia “Tali" works as a bartender while also writing a fantasy romance novel. Her best friend, Jonathan, comes to her with a job proposition. If she agrees, she’ll be Hayes' assistant for six weeks, earning $4K a week! She always looked at him as the devil incarnate but couldn’t deny her desperate need for the money. These two are messed up when it comes to love. Hayes' girlfriend cheated on him with his DAD and then married him ten years ago. Now, he finds it hard to trust love. Tali dated the same guy, who became an actor, for ten years. Then, while she’s burying her father, he cheats on her. I would have killed him but Tali breaks off their relationship. So, she doesn’t trust men. She always judged Hayes for his behavior, not realizing his heart had been destroyed which was something she knew all about. Despite her initial dislike, she tries her best to help him improve his life and take better care of himself. I loved how devoted she was to that goal.
I usually love a lot of angst which was lacking in this story but the sexual tension between them almost replaced it. I would have loved more detailed intimate scenes. The ending really touched my heart. Overall, it was time well spent and I definitely recommend it to all readers. You may enjoy the audiobook more because I certainly did. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

The book is super cute and just full of all the feels and angst! I enjoyed every single minute of it!!

What a fun story! It was a slow burn, with lots of emotion and full of sexual tension. 💚
The beginning was a bit too slow for me, but the story really got better with each episode… and once these two developed some kind of friendship? The story went into high gear and the pace was great. 💥
I loved their connection and focus on friendship. They had a lot more than just sex, which made this light and sexy read feel deeper. And once they finally did it? Ohhh… that was so hot! 🔥🔥🔥
All in all, I enjoyed this book so much and the story was so romantic, until the end. Highly recommended! 💚
