A Diet for Psoriasis

Psoriasis has a long history. There are Egyptian mummies that have been found to have had this condition. Further, there is an equally long list of treatments. These range from a lotion made from boiled vipers to the current applications of creams, systemic medications and phototherapy. Many of these have unacceptable side effects and do not address the underlying processes.The author examines these mechanisms and shows how a bespoke diet can address these, dramatically improving the manifestation of this skin condition and, consequently, the lives of those who have it.
