I loved all the characters they all stood out, it was magical without being overwhelming, and an impeccable balance between love and action.

Beautiful Return to Lor’Yan

I don’t think I will ever not love Elizabeth Lim’s stories. She is a master storyteller, and the way she weaves fairytale retellings with aspects of Asian lore / culture is so awe-inspiring.

I’ve missed the magical world of Lor’Yan, and the narrator does such a wonderful job of bringing these characters to life.

Now off to re-read her other books— I just can’t get enough!!

AMAZING asian inspired fantasy

I'm such a sucker for Asian mythology inspired fantasy. The romance was great, and I enjoyed the world of this book. I love her family bond.
