From Amazon Top Ten bestselling author Mick Williams comes a white-knuckle thriller that doesn’t let you breathe.

When weary salesman Paul Howard strikes up a conversation with a stunning stranger in a hotel bar, he thinks his luck has finally turned. But by morning, he’s trapped in a deadly game he never signed up for.

The woman is no ordinary fling—she’s a thief-for-hire with a target on her back, and now Paul’s in the crosshairs, too.

Hunted by ruthless killers and a shadowy organization willing to start a war to get what they want, they join forces; their only allies—a jaded assassin with nothing to lose and an angry hostage victim seeking revenge.

Together, they must find a stolen prize so explosive it could ignite World War III.

Bullets fly. Loyalties shift. Time runs out.

And Paul Howard—an ordinary man turned reluctant fugitive—may be the only thing standing between survival and global annihilation.

A Guy Walks Into A Bar, Audiobook and eBook - I enjoy reading books by this talented author. I tried to finish this book in one sitting but, alas, 0300 hours knocked me out. Funny. Interesting. Intriguing. Well written with well thought out story lines and a group of characters that are characters. All the good guys were likeable and easy to root for and the baddies were easy to hate, and admire their professionalism. I enjoyed finding out about the different types of drones and sure could use one of the loaded for bear ones in my backyard. Entertaining and realistic. The narrator Ronald Bruce Meyer does an excellent job reading, his characters, and their emotions. Source: The author and my Audible library. 5*

Mission Black, Audiobook and eBook - Absolutely one of the best books I have read recently in any genre. I was completely mesmerized by the intriguing, intense story lines, the three, actually, four awesome characters if you consider the "Organization" a character, and the continuous pace. Of course, vigilantism is a favorite theme for me, and having a Catholic priest as a reluctant vigilante makes an interesting formula. Added to the mix, plenty of good humor and two female characters worth their weight in gold. The other characters were a good variety of types. Of course, the darkness of Black's dilemma weighs on him and he works with God to solve his troubles. There was a bit of British English here and there that brought out a giggle or two. Minimal cursing. The narrator Holt Shepherd is perfect for this book. He does a great job with reading, the characters, and their emotions. Source: My Kindle and Audible libraries. 5*

What a ride for a common road salesman. He thought he had no chance with that girl, but turns out, he had to go save the world! What a wild ride this was. He turns a bland life into Mission Impossible.

Love the author's continued use of kick-ass, strong female side characters.

Put this on your list! A must listen to Audiobook.
