During the yearly Rap Battle, Shai meets Meeko Carter, a big-time producer. Knowing Meeko’s status in the industry, Shai is ready to sign. However, his brother Sid Dixon, one of South Jersey’s ruthless drug lords is against him signing. Sid and Meeko has some unfinished beef that still lingers but to Shai, it has nothing to do with him. Shai Dixon decides to sign the contract and upon signing he stumbles upon a beauty by the name of Rhythm Carter. Rhythm who is sexy but rebellious is living a carefree life that her father Meeko doesn’t approve of. When Rhythm and Shai meets up, the chemistry is off the hook, but will Shai choose his career over his heart? What will Meeko do when he finds out that his most profitable artist went behind his back and started a relationship with his daughter?
