Based on a true story.

This book takes place on a remote 400 acre tree farm in the countryside. Tim the serial killer lures his victims in one-by-one to his 400 acre farm. The neighbors have no idea what is happening right near their homesteads. They all think Tim is a nice guy, but little do they know that he has an evil dark side.

This story tells about a young lady that survived to tell the gruesome facts of the serial killer, Tim, and what he did to her and others that she witnessed.
