While quilting with her friends, Beth and Andy, over hot chocolate and lots of laughs, her low spirits slowly begin to take a turn for the better. The inn seems to bring her some peace, and the slow pace allows her time to reflect on her marriage and family. As the heavy snow begins to fall, Kim's memories are turned toward the past -- days with her children and her loving husband. Can she learn to forgive? And does she want to? What does God expect of her? As she continues to pray for herself and her family, a Christmas miracle affects all who are present and brings Kim's dilemma into focus
