A Lark's Release

It felt like there was some good character growth in this one, (it was towards the end, you’ll have to get past some antics for it) and I have hope that it will persist into the next book. The investigation was entertaining as always, and the reveal at the end was satisfying.
I received a free Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

INTRIGUE AT ITS BEST

Love Ms Messina books. Excellent narration. Principal character, although intelligent and intuitive, is bold and brave in her thought-out encounters with danger. Plot twists between two or three investigations simultaneously are normal in every Verity Lark book. Makes for fascinating reading or listening. Can't wait for her next adventure.

Love this series, narrator is the cherry on top

The story was great, and for someone who has more than 500 audiobooks I will share that this narrator makes a great story even better. Verity is such a great character but so is Lord Coulson, Freddy and Delphine. I love the casts interaction and chemistry which is something that Lynn Messina does masterfully. I hope we get to continue to enjoy these stories through many books to come.
