I have many writing craft books, but what I appreciated about this one is the personal and unusual suggestions not heard elsewhere. The authors draws from her 30 years as a published author and as a professor writing. Fun anecdotes about her writing grad school days.

Will be listening again and again

It took me some time to become accustomed to the way this book is written. Once acclimated, it felt very encouraging and inspiring. Half way through, I found myself thinking, I will definitely be listening to this again.

The clarity and digestible bits and common sense reflection

The pacing was at times a bit fast though that is a very small drawback. This is an excellent work
