He’s got a reputation as a ladies man that may or may not be earned. She’s just moved to Texas and isn’t thrilled that all the guys she meets have an enormous ego. When they meet on a blind date it’s not a match made in Heaven.

Duke is a British transplant who loves being a cowboy in Texas. His accent and good looks typically get him lots of attention from the women of Sweet Bloom.

Sophie is a food blogger who’s worked hard to get where she is. She’s an opinionated woman with a bit of a temper and that’s not a good combination for dating success.

When these two are set up on a blind date, they’re both left wondering what in the world made anyone think they’d be a decent match. The only thing they have in common is their love of animals. And even there, they disagree on some basics.

As Christmas spirit takes over in Sweet Bloom, the one thing that brings Sophie and Duke together could be the very thing that pushes them apart. Unless a miracle changes everything.
