A New York Fangsgiving

They came for the feast. They weren't on the menu.

In the shadow-drenched, forgotten streets of a New York slum, two ancient hungers are about to collide.

The Vladislavs, a sophisticated family of vampires, have fled the old country seeking new hunting grounds. They’ve chosen Thanksgiving—a time of gluttony and gratitude—to settle in and indulge in an all-you-can-drink buffet. The city that never sleeps is about to become a city that never wakes up.

There’s just one problem.

The Lupus family, a pack of fierce werewolves, got there first. This is their territory, their pack, their prey. And they don't share.

As the full moon rises over the Macy's parade and the scent of roasting turkey mixes with the coppery tang of blood, a savage turf war erupts. Tenement walls tremble with guttural growls and ethereal whispers. The streets run red, and the terrified residents are caught in the middle of a battle between monsters.

Will these two unnatural forces tear each other limb from limb, leaving the neighborhood in ruins?
Or is the only hope a ragged, old gypsy woman—dismissed by all as crazy—who claims to hold a terrifying secret that could save them all, or condemn them to an eternal war?

This Thanksgiving, the carving won't be limited to the turkey.
