I love these books!! The era, the simplicity.

I love the accents of the narrator. The medical insight into those times in history and the way of life in London is wonderful.

Delightful

What a delightful story with an amazing narrator who captures the many accents, both men & women, with such aplomb! A narrator can make or break the pleasure of the whole listening experience. And this one does such a wonderful job.

The story doesn’t disappoint a bit - a definite “5”. Love the London hospital scene with all the various medical procedures, and the very human side with romance abounding.

Thoroughly enjoyable story and the narration brought each character to life. A ver y enjoyable experience could listen to repeatedly.

Excellent story and excellent reader. The reader makes the book sing or fall flat. There's a bit more angst than is needed tho

This is a great series and hopefully there will be more. A bit of s romantic but I thoroughly enjoyed this listen
