Matt Wellington yearns for a freedom that his current job and boss don't permit. He has plans to start a real estate company with his brother in their hometown of Grant City. Set over four different meetings over a year, Reggie guides the Wellington siblings through their personal conflicts and business plateaus in resources, inspiration, systems, and engagement.

a practical step by step book

This is an excellent companion to the original book RISE by Gary and Susan Harper. This book tells the story of a small business as it goes and grows by using the systems described. I am still on the earlier stages of the system but this book draws a picture of what certain steps will look like as you go through the series.
