Interesting to learn from her experience. Her book and message is the same to surrender and let go of resistance and the answers will come to you once you become open and trusting to the world around you. What was and has been disappointing with her delivery in public arena and in narrating her book, SHE TALKS TOO FAST and I don't understand why doesn't someone teach her how to talk in a more slow manner. SHE TALKS TOO FAST, not enough pause in between sentences and that makes the listener more distance to understanding her message because she projects anxiety with her fast paste talking. PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE TEACH HER TO TALK IN A MORE SLOW MANNER SO HER MESSAGE IS ALIGNED WITH HER TONE AND ENERGY.

Absolutely love this!!

There are so many things, I love about this book.
I love what she said about her experience with her weight, staying essentially that if she eat what she wants and focus on being healthy, all will balance out.

Also the difference between potential and living in the moment with the capacity we have. Realizing too that we don’t have to be perfect at everything we do, the key is to do things to bring joy.
I feel that I will be rereading/ listening to this often. I highly recommend this book!

I really enjoyed this book! This is definitely one of my absolute favorite books. I would listen to the audiobook in mornings and feel such a sense of peace and harmony during the day.
