What a wonderful start to a beautiful new series.
I thought the narration was ok.

The characters were naughty and nice.

The story was very good for this kind of erotic book. I like the heroines who are sweet yet self-sufficient.

Reading this series of books makes me feel like I’m transported back in time with old friends! This type of series is how I met Golden Angel then she led me to more authors in this genre!!!

Excellent Storytelling

Excellent story yet again! I am definitely a fan of drama so the spy concept drew me in from the beginning. Mary and Rex were absolutely perfect together. He may have thought Arabella was the perfect wife for him in the past but Mary was obviously his sole mate. I loved how instead of having a typical ton marriage that fell in love instead.

If you can get past the narration…

…it’s not bad. Quite a bit more graphic and raunchy than I’m used to from other authors.
