Awesome intriguing well written captivating era and detailed story lots of twists and plots good read

Fascinating

This murder mystery is well written, thoroughly researched and with a feminist slant, since the fictional protagonist is among the first women doctors to practice in Great Britain (circa 1867). This story is about a porn and prostitution racket and the horrible toll men's promiscuity took on their wives who could end up with syphilis, often unaware. There was no cure. Looking forward to more in this series.

I finally made it to book to in this series & wasn’t disappointed. The narration is amazing & the story line was really good. It was relevant to current news & a topic that I hope is brought to light more.
I am really looking forward to start book 3 now!

If you want a fantastic and well written mystery with likeable and interesting characters, then you are selecting the correct book. The audible narrator, Henrietta Meire, is perfect for the role.
