He appeared in her life with the unexpected force of a desert sandstorm, sweeping her from terrifying danger into the sweet haven of his arms. Daniel Seifert was a fierce man, used to taking whatever he wanted, but Zilah, the spirited woman he'd risked his life to rescue, filled him instead with a passion to protect.

Yet when they hid from their pursuers in the shelter of a narrow cave, their closeness ignited an overwhelming need, an intimate sharing that melded terror and desire. Once Daniel learned Zilah's tragic secret, though, he feared she was lost to his heart forever. Could he teach her the healing power of love?

OMG! This story is so dumb I just can't believe someone actually wrote it, another someone published it, another recorded it,,,, and the final idiot on the list -- ME -- who bought the darn thing and tried to listen to it.
May a thousand fire ants take up housekeeping in my house if I ever buy another pukoid excuse for a romance novel again!

Worse than bad

I've never done a review before, but I thought this book warranted one. This book was truly terrible. I've read literally thousands of romance novels, so its not the romance that was objectionable. The book was just BAD. Truthfully, I couldn't force myself to listen to the entire book. Save your money.

The worst I've ever heard
