Fun and dark-ish

Thankfully (after that ending!!!) this picks up right where book 2 left off. It also provides a peek into Briar’s past, which explains some of her personality and is on-par continuity and character development-wise.

This was a fun read, and I loved the bit of crossover with another Wildhart series I enjoyed. Addictive, and really made the time fly by, so maybe bring it along on tasks or workouts you don’t love.

Other reviewers talk about twists—I didn’t find any. I predicted everything, so I’m not sure what they found twisty. And this one felt a bit more spice than plot at times, and I’d have liked to see a few more questions answered, but mostly it wrapped up nicely.

Music (or words) to my ears…

This entire trilogy was so much better listening to on audio. It added the little extra that I think I needed with bringing the characters to life. A Taste of Forever is a wonderful end to this series and I was shocked at the end to say the least. I think between the epilogue and the last chapter we need a little bit more, but I’m still happy with how it ended. I can’t wait to dive into more of Lily Wildhart, especially if I can listen to her beautiful work on audio.

Excellent series, Good final book.

I really enjoyed listening to this book on audio. It is definitely one of those where audio adds to the experience. Some books are meant for audio, some aren't. This one was fantastic! I also really enjoyed this whole series. Although I do agree with some of the other reviewers. This book felt a little different than the others. I felt like they were just trying to beef up the novel by adding a sex scene in every other chapter. The sex doesn't bother me. It only bothers me when it is being used as a filler. So I would crank up the speed and listen all of them (there were a lot) at 2.1x. The ending its self was actually really crazy. Some things I expected. Somethings I didn't. I would love to say more about the ending but by doing so I would give away major spoilers and I don't want to be killed be an upset fan! But I will say that I love how she added a little bit about Octavia Royal. I listened to the first two books in the series (I think) and they were great. I wonder if there is going to be more crossover. I think there may be more Royal books that have been written. But they haven't hit audio last time I checked. I will definitely be checking those out when they do. Lily Wildhart is wildly talented. And I will continue to follow what she writes as long as she keeps putting out these awesome books!

A Taste of Forever

A Taste of Forever is the 3rd and final book in The Saints of Serenity Falls series. This book is the continuation of Briar's story.

So many secrets come out in this book, as well as twists and turns I didn't see coming. Every character seems to go through something and try to see if they can all come out on top.

I really enjoyed this series and had to keep listening to see what happened next. I didn't want to put it down. This final book has so many answers to questions we have been waiting to find out.

Will Briar get her happy ending after everything she and the guys have to go through?
