loved it

I loved the spunky heroine who wants to break out of a mold society has placed her in, the romance with a Handsome​ man with a past, and the subtle biblical references and theme. And, who is Sally, the mysterious maid? What is her story?

Touch of Scarlet

The narrator was excellent. She made the book much better than it was, which was nothing more than another romance story, with hints of faith.

It’s rare to find a sweet story with width and depth. Love and hate, Success and ruin. Grace and the debauchery. It’s all here! What’s not here is X-rated or even PG-13 material. How refreshing!

pronouncements

One of my pet peeves is when words are mispronounced. The narrator, although very good, mispronounced at least one word (davenport, if I remember correctly, was one). But overall, I enjoyed this book.

Kept my interest. Clean story.

A wonderful romance with good Christian morals and clean language. It kept my interest all the way through. I wish more books from this author were available. The narrator also did an outstanding job.
