Great book for any stage in your career

Michael O’Donnell compiles timeless leadership and professional qualities into an easy to listen audiobook. His personal experiences that he shares also give real world and relatable examples that everyone from college students to career veteran can understand. I am personally more than 6 years into my career and found many of the lessons not only a great brush up and reminder on how to conduct myself, but also great insight into why certain situations I’ve been in may not have worked out the way I wanted.

This is great book and I highly recommend it to to anyone, anywhere. Truly, a must read for anyone serious about being taken seriously in any industry.

A Vital Book to Read to Do Work Well!

I’m about to read this book for the 2nd time! That’s because I believe it’s one of the most important books a new, and even seasoned professional can read to get practical insights on how to thrive at work. As someone who was born and spent part of my formative years in another country, and who is strongly influenced by another culture, I strongly feel it can be very helpful to those from other countries entering the American workplace, as well as those who are first generation corporate professionals. The book is engaging, easy to follow and feels so much like an uncle (really a mentor) sitting you down and telling you how to succeed in the world of work. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this book. So many pass on these powerful insights to their families or those in their private circles. This is a terrific book for any young person heading into the world. Mike O'Donnell does a great job laying out many of the important skills and attributes required to succeed. If you combine what you learn in this book with the specific skills required in your profession, you will soar.
