The situation could be worse, but not by much.

While Chris was out finding himself and answering some crucial questions about how he wants to live his life, tragedy and bad luck was striking Pine Lake repeatedly. After a series of accidents and a run of poor luck, culminating in a freak storm, Chris has returned home to learn that the place he intended to settle down is no longer capable of sustaining life in any long-term fashion.

To make matters worse, Megan led a team off on a desperate expedition to follow a modern day treasure map to what they hope to be a cache of supplies locked away in a remote prepper's bunker. Only Megan's team never came back. Now, Chris and Hannah must launch a daring rescue operation of their own. Not just to find Megan and the others, but to help keep the residents of Pine Lake alive long enough to hopefully figure out a way to avoid extinction...

A bit darker but also good to see them all come together at last!

I enjoyed this newest addition quite a bit. The story continues with our MC Finally coming “home.” And he comes back with a whole new mentality. But that’s not all he came back with… a new harem of girls are brought back with him to meet the his older harem. Which is getting a bit ridiculous with how many there are. However, there seems to be two or three that “really” bond with the MC so deeply.

The return also comes at the time that is of great need and troubling news. I won’t give away too much about the main story besides there being a lot more of a thriller feel than previous books. There is a more “darker” feel to it as well. But there is still a small light of hope as well.

The narrators, as always, did a tremendous performance while bringing the characters and their stories to life!

Another great book by Misty Vixen. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

This series does NOT disappoint!

Chris and his new harem are on their way back to his original harem and, hopefully, safety.
Of course, this trip is not without its challenges and excitement.
More wolves, bad guys, people to help, and women to have fun with.
I was gifted this book with the expectation of an honest review.
The writing and narration are great as usual. Thanks, ya'll.
I am giving this book a 7 out of 5 stars.
Impatiently awaiting the next book in this series.

Definitely NOT a disappointment

After book 6 I was really wanting this audiobook to come out. It was worth the wait for me to find out what happens when they all come together. I wasn't disappointed. Then again, I've never been disappointed by this series. As usual, Gabriel and Katana do a great job of making a good book into a great listen. Now we just have to wait for the next book so the adventure continues.
