Gripping story line

Story captures your attention. It was hard to take a break from listening. Loved ending! Did not have a problem with narration.

It didn't keep repeating

I liked that it turned out to be the dead wife, I thought she would be his mom!

Terrible Narration!

I feel sorry for the author. Here she wrote a fairly good book only to have it ruined by the narration. The virtual voice sounds just like narration for my grandchildren's audiobooks. I feel like I am back in second grade with the teacher urging us to "read with expression!". Even simple sentences are exaggerated. I have purchased several books with virtual voice but most of the others were at least close to the intonation of a human voice. This one is terrible!
