Great young adult romance

This story was a continuation from the previous book, A Loyal Heart. It was a great story and I’m glad Izzy got her own story since there really wasn’t much of her in the previous book. The narration was also great.

Robotic sounding male voice

I found myself, wondering if the book had a different narrator, would I have enjoyed it more? The narrator’s voice is lovely, but she had a tendency to be flat and robotic with the male- otherwise, I thought the story was good.

I am usually very interested in this authors writing but this book was very slow with no surprises.

goodness and mercy

Truely a story of the times.Exttreme hardship for the person of very low esteem, the uncompromising will of nobility that fostered the many rebellion and conflict. Yet faith and true love can overcome!

I didn't like this book.The narration wasn't good.The man should have been a man voice.Itt was hard to tell who was speaking.
