Very insightful. I didn’t get it all the first time, but I will probably listen through it again. I learned so much new about ADHD, and why what has been going well for me has, and why what has been problematic has.

I liked the narrator and how the book was written. To me it felt very ADHD-friendly.

Dealing with ADHD since childhood dies not make it any easier in adulthood. However, this book makes me feel better I know I’m not the only one. But can’t this shame go away? How to stop feeling guilty and trying to please people to the point of losing sing of yourself.
