John Peoples flees Mexico to escape a cartel hit squad and sneaks into the USA where he had been born and resided until he was nine years old. John attempts to carve out a normal life for himself in his county of birth but finds himself battling Mexican cartels first in Louisiana and later in Kansas. John hopes that eventually the cartels will realize that John is hard to kill and doesn't feel restrained by American laws. In that respect John is a very unamerican American but that is what makes him so dangerous to criminals.
